Relevant market information may include price, volume, Open Interest, Funding Rate, RSI, Long/Short Ratio and Order Book activity.
Detected activity is delivered to subscribers through Telegram.MtradeProfit does not manage customer funds, execute trades on behalf of users, provide brokerage services, or have access to customer trading accounts.
MtradeProfit provides market data and automated alerts for informational purposes only. Nothing published by MtradeProfit, including alerts, Activity Scores, market data, commentary or other content, constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice.
MtradeProfit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or future outcome of any market activity detected by the Service. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information provided and for any decisions you make based on it.

Subscriptions are purchased in USDT via the TRON (TRC20) network through our Telegram bot. Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
Where recurring billing applies, the subscription renews at the end of the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal.
Because cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible, all purchases are final and MtradeProfit does not offer refunds.
Users are responsible for selecting the correct subscription plan and sending the correct payment amount to the payment address provided by the official MtradeProfit payment system.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current or previously paid subscription period. Your access remains available according to the applicable subscription period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any credentials used to access the Service.
You must not share your private account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access your VIP subscription.
MtradeProfit is not responsible for losses or unauthorized access resulting from the compromise of your own accounts or credentials.
You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

+ Reselling or commercially redistributing VIP alerts without written permission.

+ Attempting to manipulate subscriptions, payments or access systems.
MtradeProfit aims to provide continuous market monitoring and timely alert delivery, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical failures, Telegram availability, exchange outages, network conditions, data-provider issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Temporary delays or interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MtradeProfit, its operators, affiliates, service providers and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
