These terms govern participation in the MTradeProfit Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and the MTradeProfit Terms & Conditions.
Anyone may register as an MTradeProfit affiliate free of charge, provided they agree to these Affiliate Terms and to our general Terms & Conditions.
MtradeProfit reserves the right to reject or restrict an application or affiliate account when necessary to protect the program, its users or its brand.
Affiliates earn a 40% commission on eligible VIP payments made by customers they refer. This includes qualifying:
+ New subscriptions
+ Renewals.
Eligible recurring commissions may continue for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed and the applicable referral relationship remains valid.
Commissions are calculated based on the actual USDT amount paid by the customer for the eligible VIP subscription.
AA customer is attributed to an affiliate when they access MtradeProfit through the affiliate's unique referral link or start the MtradeProfit Telegram bot through an affiliate referral link.
Attribution remains valid for 30 days from the first referral click.
If a customer interacts with referral links from multiple affiliates before subscribing, the most recent link before signup receives credit.
MtradeProfit's tracking system determines referral attribution and commission eligibility.
Affiliate commissions are paid in USDT via the TRON (TRC20) network to the wallet address registered in the affiliate dashboard.
The minimum payout threshold is 30 USDT. in available commissions. Once the minimum threshold is reached, eligible payouts are reviewed and sent manually.
Network Fees
MtradeProfit covers the applicable TRON (TRC20) network transaction fee for affiliate payouts. Affiliates therefore receive their eligible commission amount without a network fee deduction from the payout.
Network fees may vary depending on the conditions of the TRON network and the resources available to the sending wallet.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their registered USDT (TRC20) wallet address is correct. Transactions sent to an incorrect or unsupported wallet address not be recoverable.
Commissions are earned only on valid and successfully completed customer payments.
If a customer payment is determined to be fraudulent, unauthorized, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalid, the corresponding commission may be cancelled or deducted from future affiliate balances.
MtradeProfit may temporarily hold a commission when a payment requires additional verification.
Affiliates may not promote MtradeProfit using:
+ Spam or unsolicited messagesAffiliates must accurately represent MtradeProfit as a crypto market-monitoring and alert service.
Affiliates must not claim or imply that MtradeProfit guarantees profits, predicts market movements with certainty, or provides personalized financial or investment advice.
Affiliates may use MtradeProfit's publicly available promotional materials when promoting the service.
Affiliates may not modify the brand, create websites or social accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for official MtradeProfit properties, or represent themselves as employees, representatives or official agents of MtradeProfit without written authorization.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws, advertising rules and platform policies in the countries and platforms where they promote MtradeProfit.
MtradeProfit does not provide legal or tax advice to affiliates. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with their affiliate earnings.
MtradeProfit may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:
+ Violates these Affiliate Program TermsWhen an account is terminated for legitimate reasons, valid commissions earned in accordance with these Terms may remain payable.
However, commissions associated with fraud, invalid payments, refunds, chargebacks or other violations may be withheld or reversed.
MtradeProfit may modify the affiliate commission rate, attribution period, payout threshold, promotional rules or other program conditions in the future. Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned.
Participation in the MtradeProfit Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific level of income or commissions.
Affiliate earnings depend on successful referrals and qualifying customer payments.
